危險！外籍男騎機車雙載 誤闖快速道路

又出現機車誤闖事件，一名外國籍籍男子騎乘50cc機車，搭載女性友人，誤闖新竹68快速道路，所幸沒有釀成意外，類似的事件不斷發生，外國人不熟悉法規，時常誤闖禁行機車的道路，不但危險，還得吃上昂貴的罰單。

一台貨車行駛在快速道路上，突然間右前方出現了一輛摩托車，就騎在路肩上，旁邊一台台汽車呼嘯而過，好危險。再看一次畫面，這名外國籍男子就騎著一台50cc的白色機車，後頭還載著一名女子，就慢慢的行駛在新竹南寮到竹東的68快速道路上，所有的過程都被後方貨車的行車紀錄器給拍了下來，所幸後來沒有釀成意外，但像這樣子機車誤闖快速道路，得吃上600~1800元的罰鍰。

類似的案例層出不窮，先前就也有一名荷蘭籍男子騎乘重機搭載女性友人誤闖雪隧，最後被國道警察攔查下來，護送下國道，虛驚一場，警方最後也依照「道路交通管理處罰條例」規定重機不能騎進雪隧，對他開出了6000元以下的罰鍰。國道警方：「他是從花蓮騎上來，然後準備到台北的樣子，因為是導航的關係，所以誤闖我們國道，他是持國際駕照，車子是租的。」就是因為許多外籍人士不知道重機是不能騎上國道常常誤闖，不但驚險，要是不小心造成意外發生，不僅害人也害己。

颱風來 教部盼反課綱學生離場、注意安全

蘇迪勒颱風來勢洶洶，反課綱學生堅守教育部廣場不撤，教育部次長林騰蛟表示，立法院協商已經正面回應學生訴求，教育部將重啟課綱檢討，呼籲學生注意自己人身安全，也希望台北市長柯文哲站在市民生命安全立場，呼籲學生盡快回家。(陳映竹報導)

教育部次長林騰蛟呼籲，未來課審會檢討課綱過程中，學生能有很多表達意見的機會，學生們不要拿自己的人身安全在颱風天冒險。基於天然災害防治法、兒少保護法，也希望台北市大家長柯文哲能出面勸勸學生。

對於反課綱學生希望進入課審會，實質參與課綱檢討審查，林騰蛟說，教育部基本上都不設限，是否納入學生代表當委員都可以討論。
